Thanks for the input fella's.....
After observing my throne, (i definately need an upgrade), im trying some new thrones, specifically the ones with the cutouts for the legs, price is not an issue if anyone can recommend THE throne!
Ive also raised the whole kit by at least 3-4 inches to try and keep my back straight, and although this has changed my approach stickwise and im hitting a few rims, this seems to help. The height adjustment also seems to help my recently changed to traditional grip, which i am trying to master, i dont have to work the kit so much, although my stroke has to be far more accurate.
Thanks again for your help!

DDF - I also have the new hydr Roc n Soc...no balanc'g probs, etc...it's killer, & quite comfy...& u can 4get that stupid old "get off the throne, loosen, twist, tighten, & get back on, & continue until it's right" method that i endured for years [& talk about'cher WOBBLE] - hydr is THE WAY TO GO, IMHO....

I'm glad they improved the attachment bracket on the newer R-n-S thrones. That has been one of my major gripes with a lot of the thrones that are on the market. Thanks for the info!
